In PreMetal bare metal mode, controller-0 is never registered but sync_src_dir.yml tries to rsync to it, causing hostname resolution failure. Add conditional to skip when controller-0 doesn't exist.

Fixes uni04delta-ipv6 PreMetal failure.

Resolves: OSPNW-1808
