chore: batch go-openapi v1 dependency updates

Adds the go-openapi bumps to the Renovate batch:
- github.com/go-openapi/jsonpointer v1.0.0 (#337)
- github.com/go-openapi/jsonreference v1.0.0 (#337)
- github.com/go-openapi/swag v0.29.1 + subpackages (#318)

All indirect deps, no code changes required. Regenerated via
go get + go mod tidy.

Verified: make build, make test, make lint all green.

Superseded by #389, which batches this and other minor/patch dependency bumps into a single verified PR (build + full test suite + lint all green). #389 has merged, so closing this one.
