Comment thread vignettes/time_to_event_data.Rmd Outdated

We use the following candidate set of dose-response models for the mean
response: an $\text{E}_{\text{max}}$, a sigmoidal $\text{E}_{\text{max}}$, a
quadratic, an exponential and a linear model.

There is no linear model in the code below. So maybe remove the reference to linear model here?

Vignette (vignettes/time_to_event_data.Rmd):
- Use own VignetteIndexEntry instead of duplicating the continuous-data one
- Set seed as in the binary vignette (fixed RNG kinds); seed 2010 chosen so
the simulated trial reproduces the stated MCP-step conclusion
- simulate_surv_data(): deterministic allocation via rndDesign(), drop
  unused shape/scale arguments
- powMCT_TTE(): replace internal DoseFinding:::powCalc() with exported powMCT()
- eventsMCT_TTE(): use sampSize() bisection; fixes reported power being taken
from the last evaluated midpoint instead of the returned event count
- sampSizeMCT_TTE(): use sampSize() bisection instead of a custom search
- Text and documentation fixes (candidate model list, S/S0 description,
helper docs, naming of Cox estimates summary)

Package metadata:
- DESCRIPTION: add survival to Suggests (used by the vignette)
- REFERENCES.bib: correct deng2019 author names, journal field and DOI
