For QField 4.2, we tweaked the internal receiver to only allow for satellite positions to avoid spikes when tracking. This is a really nice move, however, it ends up degrading the experience when first turning on the receiver, whereas the wait for a satellite fix can be long.
This PR refines the change by accepting non-satellite positions until a satellite position has been captured. That'll give us the best experience for both app launch quick fix as well as clean long tracking sessions.
