Prepares openbim-mvd 0.1.0 for its first crates.io release.

  • Dates ## [0.1.0] - 2026-09-27 in CHANGELOG.md (with compare/tag links).
  • Adds .github/workflows/release.yml: tag v[0-9]* trigger + manual rehearsal; gate job checks tag-on-main, tag/version match, changelog section, then runs ./scripts/gate.sh (Rust 1.85); publish job in the crates.io environment with OIDC trusted publishing, skipping versions already live; GitHub release from the changelog. Action pins match openbimrs/step and openbimrs/bcf.
  • PUBLISHING.md now describes the automated release and the hand-published first version; CONTRIBUTING.md gains a Releasing section.
  • Crate README links to the repository by URL (the relative link broke on crates.io); gate derives the .crate path from the manifest version; README/docs show installing from crates.io.

Verified locally: ./scripts/gate.sh PASS (incl. leakage PASS on openbim-mvd-0.1.0.crate), cargo publish -p openbim-mvd --dry-run OK.

Date the 0.1.0 changelog section, add the trusted-publishing release
workflow (tag-triggered gate, protected crates.io environment, GitHub
release from the changelog), and document the automated release and the
hand-published first version in PUBLISHING.md and CONTRIBUTING.md.

Point the crate README at the repository URL so the link works on
crates.io, derive the packaged .crate path in the gate from the manifest
version, and describe installation from crates.io.
