Description
Update the run task schema to:
- Add
stdin property to script execution (for piping input to scripts)
- Change
arguments from object (key/value mapping) to array (argv list)
Rationale
- Array format for arguments aligns with standard CLI conventions and makes it easier for runtimes to pass arguments directly as argv to child processes
- stdin support enables workflows to pipe data to scripts as standard input

This was part of PR #1189 but should be done as a separate change to keep the renaming changes isolated. Schema should be bumped to 1.0.4.
