Depends on #458's geometry work, which supplies the discriminator — a head-to-head/tail-to-tail junction IS an inversion signature, whereas a direct inter-chromosomal junction genuinely is a translocation and stays BND. MAJOR bump: replaces one junction representation with another. Batch any other accumulated breaking output change here rather than spending major versions one at a time.
