Records the first device run with 0.4.2's per-run cost reporting.
Run: Orange Baton spec,

Overall PASS: Layer 1/2 3/3, Layer 3 2/2, Stage 2 iOS 46/46 and Android 48/48, tests 3/3 (Rails 654 runs), formatters clean, 9m 06s.report.json($0.2163 = planner $0.0274 + 24 judge calls $0.1889). Input and cache tokens match the trace-based measurement token for token, so the judge path's cost recording now has a device check.docs/validation-report.md: the samplecost:line is now this run's actual output.docs/images/validation-report.pngis now a full-page capture of this run's HTML report (1280 × 10091, the same width as before).
