Bug report form: Server version placeholder should show the semver and CalVer formats #4964

Problem

The Server version input in .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/1-bug_report.yml has placeholder: "0.6.3". That is mcp-server-fetch's pre-v2 version, and neither versioning scheme in RELEASING.md produces it:

• the four TypeScript servers use semver from 1.0.0, and
• the three Python servers use CalVer (2026.8.1).

So the example shows a reporter a format no current release has.

Expected

The placeholder shows both schemes: 1.0.0 (npm) or 2026.8.1 (PyPI).

Once merged, 1-bug_report.yml on #4939's branch is re-synced from v2/main, so it lands on main byte-identical.
