#510 merged, but PyPI still has agent-config-kit 0.13.0, which predates it, so anyone with Pi and Codex still gets a skill collision warning for each skill duplicated between
~/.pi/agent/skillsand~/.agents/skills. This cuts agent-config-kit 0.13.1 (the cleanup) and witan-core 0.43.1 (witan setuplists what it removed).Implementation details
just bump agent-config-kit patchandjust bump witan-core patch, plus the twouv.lockversion lines. No code changes.Fixed, and witan-core's is aChangedoutput addition, like 0.40.1.uvalso rewrote unrelated dependency markers inuv.lock; I reverted those and kept only the version lines, as version: agent-config-kit 0.13.0 #507 did.InstallResult.removed, which agent-config-kit 0.13.0 already has, so itsagent-config-kit>=0.13floor still holds.How can this be tested?
