Hi! I'm trying to improve my initial draft assembly (scaffolds). I just wanted to clarify ragtag patch function. Can I use this to fill gaps in my draft assembly (target.fa) based on multiple reference genome (complete) (query.fa)? Is it possible to patch draft assembly multiple ref genome at once or just one at a time?
