The warmup recipe did not mention Java libraries from javasettings or Maven at all. This adds:

• a section in the warmup recipe about the new warmup behaviour in Lucee 9: Maven dependencies from a literal component javasettings attribute are downloaded when the component is compiled during warmup (via onBuild or LUCEE_ENABLE_WARMUP_COMPILE), and a failed download or invalid coordinate fails the warmup
• what is not covered (Application.cfc, .CFConfig.json, a .json file path, createObject()) and onBuild() with mavenLoad() as the alternative
• short pointers in the maven, docker-best-practices and downloading-extensions recipes, which said that javasettings libraries are only resolved on first use
