test: preserve scalar result across status query

Summary

• add the bounded LSC1-07 full-LSC-1 HostRuntime trace for NEGOTIATE, fixture step-0 SET_CONSTANT, STATUS_QUERY, and the untouched host-generated RETIRE
• require STATUS to report RESULT_PENDING for transaction 1 while preserving the staged CRC, next PC/FP, proposed m[2]=3 write, and pending state
• compare executable-model and authored-RTL response frames with only the documented NEGOTIATE feature-mask normalization
• add a fail-closed temporary RTL mutant changing only the scalar STATUS transaction-ID selection from staged_txn_id to zero

Claim boundary

This is finite executable-model observation plus a separate finite authored-RTL differential and targeted mutant. Lean compiles separately and does not prove this RTL trace. Production executable-model, Lean sources, and authored RTL behavior are unchanged. Netlist, P&R, FPGA, hardware, LSC-1µ, universal refinement, and end-to-end claims are excluded.
