Prune unreferenced receipts and reviews, archive campaign docs - #80

Delete 222 receipt files and 39 review reports that no doc, metadata file, script, Lean source or cited receipt references (11 MB). Move the superseded campaign process docs (CAMPAIGN, WAVE0, CLOUD_ORCHESTRATOR, REMOTE-STATUS) under audit/history and drop the unsent author-message draft. Point AGENTS.md at DIRECT-CLOSURE.md. Cite the latest independent review receipt from the closure map. audit_metadata.py now fails on any receipt or review file that nothing cites, transitively through cited receipts, so the pile cannot regrow silently. No Lean or pinned artifact changes; make audit-check and the site evidence script both pass.

In the committed tree, the current evidence map still links spark-review-20783d3.md, whose bundle-verification section references direct-full-gas-settlement-bundle-20260910.json, but that bundle is deleted by this commit; several retained withdrawal reviews likewise reference deleted extraction receipts. Because this condition discards every token absent from names, audit_metadata.py reports success instead of detecting these broken evidence chains. Validate references from reachable receipts/reviews against the pre-pruning artifact set, or retain the referenced artifacts.
