build: add linux builds and deb packages - #50

The binary has always compiled for linux and carries no macOS-specific code; only the release config was darwin-only, so Claude Code users on Linux had nothing to install. nfpms then turns those builds into .deb for the apt repository. Assisted-by: LLM Signed-off-by: Aleksei Sviridkin <f@lex.la>
