Login fails on some accounts

The login fails on some accounts, saying incorrect user/password, they work on the official app. Using latest version.

Restarting my phone fixed this issue for me.

Using cellular network to login fixed it for me, as well as hotspot from cellular for ipad.

This worked flawlessly for me, thank you! 🙏🏼

@curious-youna do you still have the issue in the latest version? (1.1.8)

[waffles38]

Just installed latest version and can’t login to app using google. I tried restarting phone and logging in using celluar only. Makes no difference..

Anyone else with this problem?

[cowsandbytes]

I also had to go onto celluar to login (1.1.18)

The cellular method works. Wifi doesn't.
App version 2025.39.1

I already tried using cellular and it did not work for me. Super annoying

This used to work fine with 2FA but it stopped. I can only login if I disable 2FA...

Logging in and enabling 2FA doesn't work as I will need to logout and login again.

I was able to login by connecting a Google account and using login via Google. Disconnecting the Google account after login didn't log me out.

Just wanna let everyone know
Even with Reddit deluxe, cellar only/wifi off worked! How fun that this just works on iPad (no cellular option)
