My public domain take on the Corsi-Rosenthal box, an inexpensive and effective air filter.
The design uses four 140mm static pressure PC fans to pull air through two 16x25x1" air filters. Its frame can be cut out of a single 4x4' sheet of plywood, and the rest of it is 3D printed.
Required materials:
- (4x) 140x140x27mm static pressure PC fan
- (1x) 4x4' sheet of plywood, cardboard, or poster board.
- (1x) PC fan controller
- (2x) 16x25x1" air filter
- (10x) 6-32x0.5" screw
- (10x) 6-32 hex nut
The exhaust side of the unit is just four fan brackets chained together with the 6-32 screws and nuts.
