Removes the
.release-tag-7.0.1placeholder file that was committed tomasterin b7307bf ("chore: prepare release 7.0.1"). The file only held the text "placeholder for tag creation - will be deleted" and is not used by the package, tests or CI.No other files are touched.
This is a housekeeping step before tagging 7.0.1. The tag and the GitHub release are not part of this PR.
