Bun minor/patch bumps and the week's action bumps each arrive as one grouped PR instead of one PR per package. The nix ecosystem is removed: update-locks.yml already owns flake.lock and the derived devenv pins, and dependabot's flake.lock-only bumps could never pass the parity gate (#140, #146, #147, #148 all closed unmerged).
