docs(docker): Unzip precommand is mandatory for java-binary, jlink distributions

The default docker run will not work with template that have an unzip instruction because
unzip is not installed by default.

This PR adds the accent in the example as suggested here

What just happened?

It seems that I have more power that I thought with git.

I created a PR

How I force-pushed is still a mystery.

May be via the sync button. I went to my fork on GitHub, saw that I was behind and did a sync to prepare for the PR.

May be that's what have closed the PR. I didn't did it.

Next time, I will create a feature branch. More secure it seems.

May be I add your repo as upstream to sync to the last commit.
I don't remember.

In all cases,

• I can't see your repo as upstream.
• and I never force pushed (At most I do a --force-with-lease)
