We're staying on PagerDuty's Free plan (up to 5 users, one schedule, one escalation policy; API and integrations included). Teams are the only paid feature this stack used:

• pagerduty_schedulev2.on_call and pagerduty_escalation_policy.ipni no longer set teams.
• pagerduty_team.ipni and the three pagerduty_team_memberships are dropped from Terraform with removed blocks (destroy = false): nothing is deleted in PagerDuty, and the team can disappear with the trial without breaking plans or the nightly drift check.

Who is paged doesn't change: that comes from the schedule and the escalation policy. README: a "Plan" section with the Free plan's limits (a 6th person or a second rotation needs a paid plan).

• pagerduty: 0 to add, 2 to change, 0 to destroy, plus 4 objects no longer managed (checked locally against the real state):
  • update: pagerduty_escalation_policy.ipni, pagerduty_schedulev2.on_call (teams: remove PWRBIVW)
