Autogeneration

To regenerate autogenerated code:

• Update submodule reference to point to updated interface in interfaces
• From this root repo folder, make apis
• If necessary, sudo chown -R $(id -un):$(id -gn) . to change ownership of files if Docker created any with root permissions
