Adds Photos Backup plus a set of fixes

Summary

Photos Backup

  • Local gallery scanning with permission handling, thumbnail generation, and a local SQLite DB to track what's synced.
  • New backup engine: upload queue, sync state, and sign-out cleanup.
  • New Photos timeline screen: grouped by date, device filter, multi-select, locked/limited-access and empty states.
  • New full-screen photo/video preview with filmstrip scrub, live photo and burst support, and metadata panel.
  • New "discover photos" entry point on the Home screen.
  • iOS native support for exporting live photos and bursts.
  • Fixed an Android permission bug where a third party library was silently blocking photo access on Android 15+.

Other fixes/changes

  • Auth: simplified token expiration/refresh logic.
  • Drive: fixed a crash when the bucket isn't loaded yet, added pagination support for folder content.
  • Network: fixed inconsistent ETag handling across platforms, added a safer network-state monitor.
  • Minor UI fix in Trash screen header, plus small config/import cleanups.
