chore: bump next, react and react-dom in regression tests

ISSUE:

• Snyk's bot opened 3 separate PRs, each bumping one dependency in regression-test/package.json.
  But each of those PRs only edited package.json and never updated the lockfile (regression-test/package-lock.json), causing the PR' s to fail.

TEST PLAN:

• check if the dependencies have been bumped to the right version
• check if these PR have been closed
