These same four fixes already exist, split across several older open PRs from this nightly agent that were never merged: #547, #549, #564, #565, #566, #568 (plus #551, closed unmerged). This PR is based on current
mainand is a complete, self-contained superset of that content — recommend merging this one and closing the others as superseded, since re-merging all of them individually would conflict.Root cause fixed in this run: the agent's
repo/checkout had been left on the unmerged branchreadme/2026-06-30since that date, so every nightlygit pullwas updating that dormant branch instead of trackingmain, and diagnose passes never noticedmainstill had the un-fixed text. The agent now starts each run frommain.Test plan
