fix: prevent infinite loop when mq query output contains nested mq block - #2

A query using `.code` can echo an ```mq fence back into its own result. Obsidian renders that fence like a real code block and re-executes it, which can recurse without end. Skip execution for mq blocks rendered inside another block's result and show the source statically instead.
