what's this do?
Right now, it's not obvious that lookout sessions need assigned to Hackatime, and going back afterwards to do so is a rough process. This will show a modal on the projects page if a session has not been assigned, with tabs if there's multiple. Credit goes to the lapse lookout integration for inspiration.
Everything is currently underneath the
lookout_managerflipper flag. This is almost entirely view/controller changes but a new scope:unassignedhas been added to thelookout_sessionsmodelshow it works
