Document opt-in Parallel Search MCP for contributor research #2434

Would an opt-in Parallel Search MCP section fit the contributor MCP guide? It would give contributors free web search and page fetching for checking current platform documentation, without an account or API key. Anonymous search uses Fast mode.

I'd document the remote HTTP entry for https://search.parallel.ai/mcp in Cursor, show how to merge it with existing servers, and include a short search-and-fetch verification example. This would be contributor documentation only, preserving runtime behavior, product scope, and committed editor configuration.
