Thanks for the question, good API documentation for dp_accounting is definitely overdue. I am working on an initial version to appear on ReadTheDocs in https://github.com/google/differential-privacy/pull/451/changes (which we will plan to continue to iterate on in the future), will comment again here once it goes through. This is just an initial version, we plan to improve on it in the future, e.g. adding more examples and going in-depth on the PLD accounting framework hidden behind PLDPrivacyAccountant.
