feat(ui): apply Sunlit Passport & Vintage Air Mail design system - #6

- Overhaul Mantine theme (src/theme.ts, src/app/globals.css, src/app/layout.tsx) with warm sunlit parchment surfaces (#FAF6EE / #FFFDF9), Pan Am Passport Navy (#1D3557), Postmark Vermilion (#E63946), Sunlit Marigold (#F4A261), Botanical Teal (#2A9D8F), diagonal Par Avion airmail borders, and classic editorial serif headings (with full dark-mode support). - Add centralized continent color-coding (CONTINENT_PALETTE / getRegionAccent) across WorldMap choropleth fills, CountryList destination cards, vintage corner postmark stamps, and VisitedCountriesSummary regional breakdown pills. - Remove opacity dimming on visited destination cards and add deterministic hand-stamped postmark rotation angles. - Add Gold, Silver, and Bronze podium highlights and inline Tabler trophy badges to Leaderboard, plus Explorer Milestone badges to VisitedCountriesSummary. - Update visual identity documentation in docs/PRODUCT.md.
