Rename the plugin from Zep Memory to Zep Context (v0.3.0) - #12

The repository is now getzep/zep-context-plugin. This change renames the plugin, the plugin root, the skill, and the MCP server to zep-context, and points the documentation links at the Context MCP Server docs.
The upgrade subsection is now after the install commands. The changelog list for 0.3.0 is now one list.

Existing installs do not update in place because the plugin and marketplace names changed. Hosts will also see a new MCP server key, so users can get a new OAuth prompt. The README has a new "Upgrade from zep-memory" section, and the 0.3.0 changelog entry gives the same steps.
The version-bump CI check looks for the base version at
plugins/zep-context/plugin.json. That path does not exist onmain, so the check skips the comparison for this PR only.Validation
