docs(platformSelector): Fix TypeError: e.replaceAll is not a function

This PR addresses DOCS-AB3, a TypeError: e.replaceAll is not a function occurring in older Android WebViews and Chrome Mobile 76-83.

The root cause was the use of String.prototype.replaceAll in the humanizeTitle function within src/components/platformSelector/index.tsx. This method is not supported in the affected browser versions.

The fix replaces title.replaceAll('.', ' ').replaceAll(/ +/g, ' ').trim() with title.replace(/\./g, ' ').replace(/ +/g, ' ').trim(). This change ensures compatibility with older browsers while maintaining identical behavior on modern ones.
