External Async Profiler provider

Fixes #5

An external Async Profiler provider for Fibula. The Async Profiler in JMH cannot be used as it is because it relies on running within the benchmark process and it uses JVMTI to interact with Async Profiler itself. JVMTI is not supported, so the profiler here is just external.

Running on the ... project with:

mvn clean package -Ddebug=true && \
  LD_PRELOAD=$HOME/opt/async-profiler/lib/libasyncProfiler.so java -jar target/benchmarks.jar \
    -prof org.mendrugo.fibula.NativeAsyncProfiler

Will generate a flame graph like this:
