Updating cities available for alternate timezones to add Phoenix Arizona in the United States as other nearby timezones use DST which most of Arizona does not observe. This is to avoid needing to change the timezone you are in twice a year if you live in this area.

Oh this is a good idea! I've actually gotten a couple reports of the DST being off in a couple other cities too, so I'm thinking I might want to just redo it to use a real timezone database... |

hah yea no doing the timezones yourself seems like a bad idea
from what i have gathered timezones are an absolute nightmare
