# 📁 Optirando™ Framework & Canonical Specification

This repository contains the official Optirando™ Canonical Specification,
its incorporated Annexes, normative documentation, governance materials
and applicable licensing information.

The Optirando™ Framework is developed, maintained, published and
commercially administered by:

**O.S. CyberEarth UG (haftungsbeschränkt)**

**Silicon Cargo™** and **siliconcargo.com** serve as the publication
identity and operating brand of O.S. CyberEarth UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

---

## 📘 Paper v202: The Official Canon

The foundation of this repository is the scientific and normative work:

> **Optirando™ – Browser-Based Multi-Agent Orchestration for Contextual
> Workflow Automation (v202)**

Paper v202, together with all Annexes expressly incorporated into it,
constitutes the current official Optirando™ Canonical Specification.

For the purposes of this repository:

> **Specification = Paper v202 + all incorporated canonical Annexes**

The Canon is the sole authoritative source for the official definitions,
semantics, governance rules and protocol requirements of the Optirando™
and WR™ ecosystem.

Paper v202 supersedes all previous drafts and versions from v1 through
v201. Those earlier materials remain part of the historical record but
are suspended and non-normative unless expressly reinstated by
O.S. CyberEarth UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

---

## 🧩 Covered Framework Components

The Canon defines, among other components:

### Optirando™

**Make Everything Smart™**

The browser-based orchestration framework for contextual, governed and
template-driven automation across agents, services, devices, software
systems and physical environments.

### WR Code®

**Workflow Ready Code**

The transport-agnostic identification, context-selection and workflow
activation layer of the Optirando™ ecosystem.

WR Code® may be transported through channels such as QR codes, NFC,
display codes or other supported identification mechanisms. The
transport mechanism itself does not replace the required identity,
governance or handshake procedures defined by the Canon.

### BEAP™

**Bidirectional Email Automation Protocol**

The canonical protocol for secure, structured and bidirectional
automation workflows transmitted through email, messaging and related
communication environments.

### PoAC™

PoAC™ is the canonical admission and governance discipline for the
reviewed, authorized, attributable and revocable admission of workflows,
sources, adapters, manifests, capabilities, policies and other artifacts
into an authoritative WR™ environment.

The complete normative meaning and requirements of PoAC™ are defined
exclusively by Paper v202 and its incorporated Annexes.

### PoAE™

**Proof of Authoritative Execution**

The canonical cryptographic verification and evidence layer for
execution that is attributable, identity-bound, intent-bound,
policy-bound, scope-bound and authorized according to the governance
rules of the Canon.

The complete normative meaning and requirements of PoAE™ are defined
exclusively by Paper v202 and its incorporated Annexes.

---

## 🏛️ Normative Governance and Authority

The Optirando™ and WR™ ecosystem operates under a strict governance
model intended to preserve consistent protocol semantics, prevent
fragmentation and protect the integrity of the Canon.

### Canonical Exclusivity

Only Paper v202, its incorporated Annexes and subsequent versions
expressly designated as canonical by O.S. CyberEarth UG
(haftungsbeschränkt) possess normative status.

Third-party descriptions, summaries, implementations, diagrams,
interpretations or publications do not become canonical merely because
they resemble, discuss or implement parts of the system.

### Governance Authority

O.S. CyberEarth UG (haftungsbeschränkt) retains exclusive authority
within the official Optirando™ ecosystem over:

- canonical designation;
- normative interpretation;
- official terminology;
- protocol governance;
- versioning;
- compatibility requirements;
- conformity requirements;
- certification requirements;
- suspension and deprecation;
- reinstatement;
- and designation of canonical successors.

No third party may claim that a fork, modified specification,
alternative governance document or independent interpretation is:

- canonical;
- normative;
- official;
- compliant;
- compatible;
- certified;
- equivalent;
- endorsed;
- or authorized

without prior written authorization from O.S. CyberEarth UG
(haftungsbeschränkt).

### Suspension of Prior Versions

Paper v202 supersedes versions v1 through v201.

Earlier versions remain available only as historical and provenance
records. They must not be represented as the current Canon.

---

## 📜 Licensing Structure

The Optirando™ ecosystem uses a proprietary dual-license structure that
separates the Canonical Specification from software implementations.

---

### 1. Canonical Specification License — CSL-1.5

Paper v202 and every Annex incorporated into it are governed by:

> **Optirando™ Canonical Specification License — CSL-1.5**

CSL-1.5 applies to the Canonical Specification as documentation,
including its protected:

- text;
- definitions;
- terminology;
- protocol descriptions;
- governance rules;
- compliance rules;
- tables;
- diagrams;
- illustrations;
- structure;
- arrangement;
- and other canonical or normative content.

The Canon may be read, privately reviewed, cited in limited form,
discussed and evaluated under the conditions of CSL-1.5.

CSL-1.5 does not grant permission to:

- republish the complete Specification;
- redistribute Paper v202 or an incorporated Annex;
- publish modified or translated versions;
- create derivative or alternative specifications;
- publish a competing Canon;
- reproduce protected diagrams or Visual Assets;
- use the Canon for unauthorized AI training;
- or claim unauthorized compliance, compatibility or certification.

The guiding principle is:

> **Open to be read. Closed to be redefined.**

The complete and legally operative terms are contained in the
CSL-1.5 license file included in this repository.

---

### 2. Software Runtime License — OPL-1.4

Software, source code, runtime components and functional
implementations are governed by the license expressly designated for
the respective software component.

The currently designated software license is:

> **Optirando Protected License — OPL-1.4**

OPL-1.4 applies where expressly stated to software implementations such
as:

- the Optirando™ framework;
- WR runtime components;
- WR Guard™;
- WR Vault™;
- WR MailGuard™;
- WR Desk™ components;
- protocol implementations;
- orchestration services;
- and associated software modules.

OPL-1.4 is a proprietary source-available license.

It is **not an open-source license**.

Unless expressly authorized by OPL-1.4 or a separate written commercial
agreement, no permission is granted for:

- public redistribution;
- software forking;
- commercial SaaS hosting;
- sublicensing;
- operation of an unauthorized hosted service;
- removal of licensing controls;
- or use of the software for artificial-intelligence training.

The fact that the Canonical Specification is publicly readable does not
grant permission to copy, deploy, host or commercialize the software.

---

### Template Freedom

Subject to the Canon, the applicable software license and third-party
rights, users may create, publish and commercially distribute their own
workflow templates and content.

Such templates must not falsely claim:

- official status;
- certification;
- canonical equivalence;
- Company endorsement;
- or compatibility authorization.

Use of protected Optirando™, WR™, BEAP™, PoAC™ or PoAE™ branding may
require separate written permission.

---

## 🛡️ Copyright, Visual Assets and Proprietary Content

Unless a specific file or publication expressly states otherwise,
O.S. CyberEarth UG (haftungsbeschränkt) owns or holds the exclusive
rights of use in the company materials contained in this repository and
the associated Optirando™ ecosystem.

This includes, to the extent protected by applicable law:

- written texts;
- Paper v202;
- incorporated Annexes;
- protocol descriptions;
- definitions and terminology;
- governance documents;

- illustrations;
- graphical documentation;
- interface graphics;
- icons;
- emblems;
- logos;
- visual identities;
- layout elements;
- animations;
- screenshots;
- and other visual or creative assets.

### Visual Assets Are Not Licensed for Reuse

The public availability of a logo, graphic, diagram, illustration,
interface element or other Visual Asset does not place that asset in the
public domain and does not create an implied license.

Unless prior written authorization has been granted by the applicable
rights holder, no permission is granted to:

- reproduce Visual Assets;
- redistribute Visual Assets;
- upload or republish Visual Assets;
- trace or redraw Visual Assets;
- recolor or modify Visual Assets;
- create derivative versions;
- incorporate Visual Assets into another visual identity;
- use Visual Assets in third-party software;
- use Visual Assets on third-party websites;
- use Visual Assets in third-party documentation;
- use Visual Assets in advertising or merchandise;
- use Visual Assets as product, service or company identifiers;
- remove copyright, trademark or provenance notices;
- or use Visual Assets for AI training, model fine-tuning, dataset
  construction, style imitation or automated generation of derivative
  brand assets.

All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

---

## 🤖 Artificial Intelligence and Text and Data Mining

CSL-1.5 and OPL-1.4 do not grant permission to use protected
Specification content, software, repository materials or Visual Assets
for:

- training artificial-intelligence models;
- fine-tuning artificial-intelligence models;
- model distillation;
- creation of training datasets;
- creation of benchmark or evaluation datasets;
- synthetic training-data generation;
- automated reconstruction of the Canon;
- automated extraction of normative definitions;
- or automated style imitation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, O.S. CyberEarth UG
(haftungsbeschränkt) expressly reserves all rights relating to text and
data mining, machine learning and artificial-intelligence training.

Additional machine-readable rights reservations may be provided through
repository metadata, website metadata, protocol headers, rights files or
other technical measures.

Mandatory rights and exceptions under applicable law remain unaffected.

## ™️ Brand and Trademark Protection

Trademark rights are legally separate from copyright and other rights
in the underlying documents, graphics or software.

Certain trademarks, trademark applications, figurative marks and
word-and-figurative marks associated with the Optirando™, WR™ and
Silicon Cargo™ ecosystem are personally owned by **Oscar Schreyer**.

This includes **Silicon Cargo™** and every other mark for which an
applicable official trademark register identifies Oscar Schreyer as the
applicant or owner.

Those personally owned marks are used and commercially administered by
O.S. CyberEarth UG (haftungsbeschränkt) under separate authorization
from Oscar Schreyer.

Other commercial identifiers, business designations, domain names,
unregistered signs, Visual Assets and company materials may be owned or
controlled directly by O.S. CyberEarth UG (haftungsbeschränkt).

Protected or claimed identifiers include, without limitation:

- Optirando™;
- Make Everything Smart™;
- WR™;
- WR Desk™;
- WR Code®;
- BEAP™;

No trademark or branding license is granted through public access to
this repository.

Without prior written authorization, third parties must not use these
identifiers to market, label, certify or promote a third-party product,
service, framework, protocol or implementation as:

- part of the official Optirando™ ecosystem;
- approved by O.S. CyberEarth UG;
- compliant with the Canon;
- compatible with the Canon;
- certified by O.S. CyberEarth UG;
- endorsed by O.S. CyberEarth UG;
- officially supported;
- or canonically equivalent.

Legally permitted referential use must not create a misleading
impression of ownership, affiliation, authorization, certification,
compatibility or endorsement.

---

## 📝 Source Integrity and OpenTimestamps

This repository uses OpenTimestamps (`.ots`) proofs to provide
independently verifiable evidence of publication chronology and file
integrity through the Bitcoin blockchain.

### Verification

Core files may have corresponding `.ots` proof files, including:

- the Canonical Paper;
- incorporated Annexes;
- license files;
- governance documents;
- and other significant records.

### Audit Trail

The timestamp records help demonstrate:

- that a specific file existed by a verifiable point in time;
- that the timestamped file has not been altered;
- the historical development of the Canon;
- and the provenance of important publications.

An OpenTimestamps proof does not itself determine copyright,
inventorship, trademark ownership, validity or legal enforceability.
It provides cryptographic evidence relating to the existence and
integrity of the timestamped file.

## 📦 License Scope of the Zenodo Snapshot

The associated Zenodo record contains:

> **Annex I through Annex XV**

Those Annexes form part of the same Optirando™ Canonical Specification
where they are expressly incorporated into Paper v202 or otherwise
designated as canonical.

They are governed by the same applicable Canonical Specification
License as Paper v202:

> **CSL-1.5**

The Annexes must not be treated as independent public-domain documents
or as independently modifiable specifications merely because they are
published as separate files or records.

A reference to the Optirando™ Specification includes, where applicable:

- Paper v202;
- Annex I through Annex XVI;
- subsequent incorporated Annexes;
- and other normative documents expressly designated as part of the
  same Canon.

Software and runtime implementations remain governed separately by
OPL-1.4 or by another license expressly designated for the relevant
software.
