fix(uninstall): conserver la ligne PATH si ~/.local/bin sert à d'autres outils (T17.3, AC-R077) - #57

…ient pas à d'autres outils uninstall.sh étape 3bis retirait la ligne exacte 'export PATH="$HOME/.local/bin:$PATH"' du rc dès qu'elle était présente. Or cette ligne est posée aussi par l'installateur de Claude Code (pas forcément par le bundle, le shim vivant souvent dans /opt/homebrew/bin), et ~/.local/bin contient just-code, claude, uv, vibe… Sur le poste de test, la retirer donnait 'command not found' pour tous ces outils dans tout nouveau terminal (AC-R077, T17.3). On ne propose plus le retrait que si ~/.local/bin est absent, vide, ou n'abrite que le shim albert-code du bundle (en-tête 'Shim pour albert-code', comme à l'étape 4bis). Sinon la ligne est CONSERVÉE avec un warn annonçant le nombre d'entrées et jusqu'à 5 noms d'exemple. Le cas 'ligne d'une autre forme' reste inchangé. test: cas C2 dans s77 (just-code dans ~/.local/bin → ligne PATH conservée + warn), 12/12 assertions. Registre AC-R077 / T17.3 rempli.
