Add web3j and go-ens to ENSv2 readiness, credit library maintainers - #552

web3j is ENSv2-ready from v5.0.3 onwards. Also notes Web3 Labs as the maintainer on the libraries listing.
Now that web3j is credited to Web3 Labs, do the same for viem (wevm) and web3.py (ApeWorX) on the ENSv2 readiness list and library cards.
Credits Bitwise Investments as the maintainer, matching the credit pattern used for the other libraries.
go-ens does not yet have ENSv2 support shipped; surface this on the readiness page so users can track it.
Points users at wealdtech/go-ens#49 so they can track the in-flight ENSv2 support, mirroring how the ethers.js WIP branch is surfaced.
Match the formatting of the other rows where the library name is plain bold text, not a link.
Match the maintainer's actual brand name. URL stays on bitwiseinvestments.com since that's still the canonical site.
