Adds Graphical View support to lsp

Description

Adds Graphical View support to esmf-sdk.

The change includes:

• SVG diagram generation with safe navigation metadata;
• Turtle LSP requests for rendering a Graphical View and resolving navigation targets;
• navigation from supported diagram headers and attribute rows to current Turtle source locations;
• multilingual preferredName and description rows;
• model size limit and render timeout handling;
• packaged CLI and standalone LSP verification;
• default SVG, PNG, CLI, and documentation output remains free of Graphical View metadata.

Dependencies

• esmf-turtle-language-server now directly uses
  esmf-aspect-model-document-generators.
• No new external runtime dependency is required.
