Changes

• Add the requested public security-maintainer statement to the default SECURITY.md.
• Add the requested maintainer statement to the organization profile README.

All 11 public default-branch trees were inspected for repository-specific security policies; none exists. The supplied wording is retained verbatim, and the existing organization profile content is preserved.

Verification

• Reviewed the two-file Markdown diff and git diff --check.
• All three candidate checks pass: shared contract tests, SonarQube analysis and the SonarCloud app check.
• Head 3e16cf098656044bf60e014f639f2a6b4479437e and the tested synthetic merge share whole tree 39e290638266a3c4204f97655960be3034888d99.
• Merged as 9393c26ca88e81a2d43df5185662ba50fa75ec52, with the same reviewed tree.
• Verified the requested security-maintainer sentence on all 11 public repositories' live Security policy pages, including the core runtime, Server, Waterline, all three SDKs and CLI.
• Verified the requested maintainer sentence on the live organization page.
• All three independent main-branch checks pass: repository run39275470805, SonarQube run39275470863 and the SonarCloud app check.
