Docker build fails

Building the docker image fails with

No matching distribution found for numpy==1.22.0

I got the same issue:
ERROR: No matching distribution found for numpy==1.22.0

I got it working by cloning the repo, creating a python virtual environment and manually installing the following:

pip install numpy==1.22.0
pip install Pillow==10.0.1
pip install scipy==1.10.0

Comment out the above from the requirements.txt and run

docker build -t cloudmapper .
