I’m a product-minded engineering lead and I love working on blockchain products and hybrid AI-human teams. Previously, I was one of the early engineering team members at Magic Eden, worked with two Y-Combinator Top 100 startups, and wrote Team Lead 101: How to Manage and Grow Engineering Teams in Small Startups book. Now i'm interested in how humans and AI agents can collaborate to build high-quality software faster and better. I also enjoy working closely with product and users, not just the technical side.
