Remove the FAQ's primary/secondary runtime split and correct its claim that canary runs on every PR. Drop the misleading ^0 examples and blanket promise of avoiding breaking changes, label the Deno import example, and clean up wording.

FAQ only. Validation: env -u NO_COLOR deno task ok (7,495 tests passed).

The Deno runtime entry no longer lists versions, since the testing section
now covers that and canary only runs nightly. Deprecated APIs in packages
below 1.0.0 are removed in the next minor, so the removal answer says so.

The deprecated-API answer gets a pin example back, using an exact version
instead of the old ^0 range. The ^1 example now says which APIs it protects.
Also fixes "i.e." in the browser list and a repeated "independently".
