Nothing on the site references the full-size screenshots, terminal.svg, the Buildkite and Cloud Run logos, or these logo variants. Keep logo-head-bg-250x250.png, which the app's pages load from deliverybot.dev. Clean stray specks off the upscaled logo and keep it as assets/logos/logo.png, then generate 512, 256 and 64 px versions, a favicon.ico and an apple-touch-icon. The navbar, favicon and SEO logo use them. assets/logo.png and logo-head-125x125.png are replaced. Before: the navbar, favicon and SEO logo used a 125 px logo, the app linked to a 250 px round logo, and
assets/carried 21 images and logo variants that nothing referenced.After: the site and the app use sharp, upscaled versions of both logos. There's a proper
