Add the slack-app-id meta tag so Slack suggests the app when deliverybot.dev links are shared, put an Add to Slack button on the ChatOps solution page, and bring the Slack docs up to date: plain branch names in deploys, /deliverybot login, and SLACK_SIGNING_SECRET instead of SLACK_LOGIN_URL. Before: Slack had no way to link deliverybot.dev to the Deliverybot Slack app. The ChatOps solution page had no install button, and the Slack docs still described the old setup (
