应用会话在内容区宽度 ≤1023px 时使用合并标题栏。标题加载后，原逻辑隐藏顶栏返回按钮，同时侧栏返回区域受窄屏样式隐藏，导致用户失去返回入口。此修复让标题栏按应用返回动作持续显示按钮，并为长标题预留空间；菜单沿用桌面应用侧栏和移动系统菜单各自的动作。
返回继续使用现有来源解析：发现广场进入的会话回到应用分类，应用中心及移动探索进入的会话分别回到原入口。
验证：旧实现新增 3 项回归均失败；修复后 3 文件 / 33 项相关测试通过。真实 MobileNav 与生产 CSS 在 macOS Electron 的六种宽度、标题加载前后、侧栏展开/收起共 24 组隔离检查通过。前端全量 ESLint、Client 1504 个及 Platform 620 个严格类型文件、file-viewers 类型检查、Client 生产构建、i18n 与架构检查通过。数据服务及原生检查的返回回调采用夹具。
基线为 feat/bisheng-work-120-main@4cc8f565fb5bc8bd918973ce74f876e6fd66af26。详细证据见 docs/verification/app-chat-back-20261031.md。测试环境镜像部署及 macOS/Windows 已安装客户端真实账号验收待执行。
