What
修复知识空间提问跳转新会话时的页面崩溃。交接完成后，问题携带所选模型和知识空间发送一次，连续提问继续使用对应的新会话。
Why
交接准备阶段会更新 Recoil 模型状态；同步订阅刷新叠加输入框布局更新，会在
preparedAsk状态提交前再次执行准备逻辑。重复设置模型最终触发Maximum update depth exceeded，路由展示通用错误页。真实 ChatView、输入框及模型状态组合夹具已复现。How
在发布模型和知识空间选择前同步登记当前问题的准备阶段，再通过 React 状态发布准备完成。后续执行等待准备完成，并校验会话、模型与知识空间已就绪。新增同步外部状态订阅回归，覆盖沿用原模型、切换模型、StrictMode 和连续提问。
