Something hasn't quite worked here, and it's likely my fault for having a function that does too much stuff as it's used to generate other formats. I suggest adding atarva to the ref-alleles script so we can see exactly what is changing. It is likely necessary to break out some of the functionality so that atarva can have different rules from other methods. |

Major Changes
continuestatement for not adding internal repeats in atarva catalogcount(repeat units) in the locus structure in the STRchive-loci.json. I was originally 7 but the locus has 15 in hg38.
