Adds CloudGPU to GPU Cloud.

• Per-minute GPU rental, from RTX 3090 / RTX 4090 / RTX 5090 up to A100 80G and RTX PRO 6000 96G, 1-minute minimum, billing stops when the instance is destroyed (https://cloudgpu.app/terms).
• No trial or free tier. Pay by card or USDT.
• I left the price out of the row so it doesn't go stale; live per-GPU hourly rates are on https://cloudgpu.app/pricing and in a public JSON feed at https://cloudgpu.app/gpu-prices.json. Placed with the other rows that link pricing without a number. Happy to add the RTX 3090 figure if you'd prefer it in the table.
