Makes go-inference's tui build + render on the current go-render — the framework buildout's proof-of-support. Bumps dappco.re/go/html → v0.17.0, adopts the engine/display reorg (26 imports → engine/{html,ctml,teabox}), and adds a narrow v2-render→v1-shell boundary (termOutput in style.go). The bubbletea/lipgloss v1 shell is untouched (it's replaced separately). Gates: task build (metal_runtime), go vet, 423 cli/tui tests green (re-verified).

Bumps dappco.re/go/html to v0.17.0 and adopts the engine/display reorg:
26 imports rewritten to engine/{html,ctml,teabox} (package names unchanged).
Adds a narrow v2-render -> v1-shell boundary in style.go (termOutput) — v1
styles copy into go-render's v2 TermTheme, v2 ANSI output is profile-filtered
before entering the unchanged Bubble Tea / Lip Gloss v1 shell. Charm v1 pins
untouched (the shell is being replaced separately). Gates: task build
(metal_runtime), go vet ./cli/..., 423 cli/tui tests green.

Review limit reached

@Snider, you've reached your PR review limit, so we couldn't start this review.

Next review available in: 37 minutes

Enable usage-based reviews in Billing to review now. Otherwise, wait until the next included review is available.
You're only billed for reviews past your plan's rate limits ($0.25/file).

How can I continue?

After more reviews become available, a review can be triggered using the @coderabbitai review command as a PR comment. Alternatively, push new commits to this PR.

To avoid repeated limits, reduce automatic review volume by pausing incremental auto-reviews earlier, using label-based review opt-in, excluding WIP or generated PR titles, or requesting reviews manually when the PR is ready. If your team needs uninterrupted high-volume reviews, an organization admin can enable usage-based reviews.

How do review limits work?

CodeRabbit enforces per-developer PR review limits for each organization. Most developers receive the normal plan review availability.

For paid Pro and Pro+ PR reviews, CodeRabbit uses adaptive limits for sustained high-volume activity. When a developer's recent PR review activity reaches the 95th percentile or higher among CodeRabbit users, additional reviews become available more gradually as earlier reviews age out of the rolling window.

Please refer docs for additional details.

Superseded. Main (PR #17 from dev) already builds + tests the tui on go-render v0.16.0; this flip was cut off a stale base. go-inference stays on v0.16.0 (working). Bumping to v0.17.0 is a separate real migration (v0.16→v0.17 API deltas), for when it's needed.
