Realtime startup now treats registration and initial drain as one readiness boundary. Failed startup rolls back registration, stop waits for active work, and failed cleanup remains retryable. A restart must finish retained cleanup before registering again; repeated manager stop calls delegate that retry even after the manager has stopped.
The generation subscriber, activatable facade, exact topic discovery, bounded queues, and publisher capability remain lifecycle foundations for later server integration. The deprecated PgSubscriber adapter remains available.
Rebased onto current
main; the performance harness prerequisite has landed. This PR does not enable the new generation path in the server.Validation: 6 suites / 132 tests passed, including two new regressions that failed before the retry fixes; CJS/ESM build passed. Full CI passed all 17 jobs on
